It's convienant as far as being close to everything but the drunks that are allowed, or should I say ignored by mgt, to run families out of the pool with their water football games, drinking and cursing, isn't convienent for those that have kids. The pool is "supposed" to be used by tenants and their guests but waves of nearby college kids crowd out the families. It's supposed to be enforced by "pool passes" but that's a total crock. Office staff doesn't even pretend to enforce that or any other rules other than collecting rent. If you have kids, look elswhere.

I have kids and they and I love living here. I've been here for 9 years and have never had anything like this go on. I guess a difference of opinion on what is loud can be obstructed either way.

The small pool by the office isn't that bad but the big one can get roudy and God forbid someone in management should have to enforce the pool pass rule though.

My wife and daughter have moved from the office pool to the other and back and forth because of this. The other day they were enjoying floating in the pool and some large family let their kids loose and they all starting doing canonballs, and generally raising cane disturbing everyone around them. Its not like this all the time, but when it is nothing is ever done.
