I'm not sure where the problem is... I have lived here for over 3 years, and have never had a problem. There is nothing going on here that doesn't go on anywhere else. Management has changed a couple of times, but no cause for complaint. Must be some pretty particular fellows writing some of these ratings.

Ah yes, everyone ELSE is "particular" and you're the only sane one. Of course, that's the logical explanation. Or maybe (and this seems much more likely) you're the "particular" one who enjoys smelly carpets, snooty management that's constantly changing and doesn't keep records of promises or payments, lazy maintenance workers that never show up, rent increases, crowded and dirty community pools, and loud college student neighbors.

wow, daisylilly2929.....Do you have nothing better to do besides bash Cherry Grove? Did you not pay rent or pet fees and you're in collections, because you have a VENDETTA against them!!?? You must have a LOT of spare time on your hands to be keeping up with a website that reviews communities. Get a life....and if you respond to this....you truely are a loser :) wow, what an IDIOT!!
