How Cherry Grove Apartments get the #1 rating every year is above me. My husband and I have been in this apartment for 1 year and this is the most god awful experience I have ever had in an apartment. The quality of the apartment is awful. I live down stairs and can hear my upstairs neighbors go to the bathroom, etc. There is a no noise tolerance after 10 o'clock and it seems that is when the noise starts. When you call management or the courtesy officer about the noise, it is a waste of time. Apartments are definitely not worth the money. One is only paying for the location. There are apartments better than these. Don't let the jackson sun ratings fool you!!!!!

My wife and I had the exact same problems. The courtesy officer seemed like a nice guy, but nothing was ever done. He even came over once and simply said, give me a call when the noise comes back again. Between the chronic stomping upstairs and the base on both sides, I was going nuts. The flipside was it pushed us to buy our first home. :-)
