the managing is awful. the first apartment i moved into had soured carpet and only after a month of complaining about a smell was i moved into another smaller apartment for the same price. i was given no help moving and was treated as if the problem was my fault. the receptionist is mindless and rude and as far as getting anything fixed, it takes multiple phone calls over numerous days to get anything accomplished. my air conditioner went out everyday for three weeks and averaged 3 to 4 days being out before it was seen to and fixed. even then the repair lasted for a day or two and then we did it all over again. i ended up with 150 dollar power bills because i was trying so hard to cool the apartment and get it below 80 degrees. the yard workers and mowers usually begin around 8. this has been the worst place i have ever lived. try creekside apartments or northridge right down the street. im just waiting for my lease to run out...
