The staff that works there is helpful only if you agree to everything that they say. They won't help you with anything, they first lure you in and after you sign the lease you are at their mercy. Because my company moved us before the lease was over we just couldn't pay a fee to get out of the lease, we still had to pay for the remaining months in the lease plus an extra fee which doesn't make sense. They maintenance staff if very friendly that the people in the office are complete a$$wholes.

I gave a two months notice and still have to pay a full month I don't understand why two months notice isn't enough.
