When I first moved into Post House the property manager was great and very helpful...unfortunately she is no longer with the company. The new property manager is a real b****. She cares nothing about the residents and never answers the office phone, even if she is not busy. She is also a habitual liar and thinks she owns the property. I had a few simple maintenance problems that took months to get repaired and my doors have still not been replaced. The insulation is awful...you can see outside the door when its closed. The maintenance staff has switched atleast 4 times during my stay here and my year lease is not up til next month. You have total strangers coming in your house to fix things (when you're not at home) and they don't inform you of the staff changes. I can't wait to move! Unless you get a discounted rate to stay here, the original rate is very overrated and is not worth the headache. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything that goes on in your neighbors apartment. The ground keepers do not speak english and do not pick up trash. They will blow over what ever is in their way and hopefully you haven't washed your car. I had a burger king bag sit in my stairwell for atleast 3 months before anyone cleaned up the mess. Again, just because it looks nice on the outside...doesn't mean its going to be a nice stay.

I am living in this appartment since begining of 2007. since last 6months this appartment is worst in jackson. no response for maintenance
