I felt right at home when I moved here, the landscape looks inviting, nice layout of the whole complex, people watch out for the kids while driving and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I am sure everywhere you move there will be minor problems rising sooner or later. No wonder when so many different people live so close together.
Yes, I can hear my upstairs neighbors occasionally walking but that really is not a big deal. Insulation of the windows and doors could be better.. definitely noticable in the winter. No playground for the kids, but they always find things to do and usually gather up together to play or ride bikes.
The apartment itself is very cozy with a fireplace, new carpets, new paint. The kitchen is outdated, but i have yet to find an apartment complex that has brand new kitchens installed.
You can rent a washer and dryer for 35 Dollars or use your own. Plenty of space for a w&d hookup.
overall i am very happy with the complex, definitely worth checking out..
