It's not luxury living, but it's ok for the price. I would recommend getting a 2 BR place because the 1 BR doesn't have W/D hookups. There's a laundry center on site, but it's nicer when you have your own. The only problem I had was someone broke into my car. A neighbor told me she had a prowler. They could do a little better with security, but if you need cheap but decent I'd recommend the Oaks. The staff was always friendly with me.
