The management and maintenance are not only extremely polite and professional but if you have a problem they are right there to help out. The apartments were re done and they look great. I never hear my neighbors next door. Parking can be a problem sometimes but I guess it is that way because it stays practically full. Sherry is a very nice landlord but she is rarely in her office and she has a tendency to hold your rent check for a while before she deposits them....like two weeks sometimes.
