MY FAMILY IS MOVING TO JOHNSON CITY AND WE HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR SEVEN DAYS TO REACH SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE OF THE BLUE RIDGE APARTMENTS. THE OFFICE DOES NOT RETURN PHONE MESSAGES AND DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS. IF SOMEONE IS LOOKING FOR A GREAT JOB, THIS WOULD BE THE ONE TO SEEK. APPARENTLY, IF YOU ARE EMPLOYED IN THE OFFICE AT THIS LOCATION, YOU DON'T HAVE TO REPORT TO WORK.

I called one day to seek information about the Blue Ridge Apartments and no one answered the phone although I called within business hours. However, I did drive by the apartments the very next day and a lovely, pleasant office manager was there. She was very courtious and she gave me all the information I needed regarding the apartments. She also put me on the waiting list. I think this office has wonderful (perspective) tenant service. I told her I called the day before, and she explained to me that she was at lunch. The apartments are very nice, and the office space is quite comfortable. I would definately recommend this proporty for renting.

Who commented on this?????? JENNIFER DAILEY??????? cause she is the woman that "runs" the office, however you NEVER see her! and when you do see her, she is only full of lies and excuses! BEWARE!!
