I am a current ETSU college student. I am planning on moving off campus next year because the dorm prices went up and it is just not worth the money I pay for it. I called one day to seek information about the Blue Ridge Apartments and no one answered the phone although I called within business hours. However, I did drive by the apartments the very next day and a lovely, pleasant office manager was there. She was very courtious and she gave me all the information I needed regarding the apartments. She also put me on the waiting list. I think this office has wonderful (perspective) tenant service. I told her I called the day before, and she explained to me that she was at lunch. The apartments are very nice, and the office space is quite comfortable. I would definately recommend this proporty for renting.
