i have been tring for a month now for info. on availbility. it has been from my experence that it is next to imposible to get a hold of some one at the leasing office there. They never return phone calls much less do i believe any thing they might say. i drove up one time from knoxville (that took two hours to get there) and phoned the office at 430pm and told the manager that i was on my way and that i would be there in 15min. i asked her if she would wait and she said she would and then when i got there she was no where to be found. later the next day i spoke to here about a possible up and coming avaible appartment( that she mention to me) and she said to call her on the first of the month(april) and that she would know for sure if there was an opening for me and my family. I called on the first of april,it took three days to get a hold of her,finnally on the forth, she still did not know she said she was going to give the current lease holders an aditional 10 days to let her know and to call her back on this suggested date. she still has failed to let me know. i feel she has no sence of duty in respect to her job as a leasing agent much less is she very considerate to those looking for a new home.The lease agreement at this pitucular apartment states a sixty day notice at the end of the lease must be given to determine a new lease or promise to vacate the property. this leasing agent has done nothing but tell me one lie after after another.It is hard enough to apartment let alone from a two hour distance. Then to have delt with this leasing agent is the icing in the cake..
