DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - YOU WILL NEVER GET AHOLD OF THEM, NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY!


I've been trying to get in touch with the office staff for two months! My husband and I are moving to Johnson City from the West Coast and saw these apartments online. When I called the manager it took me a week to get a hold of her, despite multiple voicemails. When I did get ahold of her, she told me an apartment would be available during my move in time-frame and told me to call back in a week to discuss the details.
I did call back, although it took me another full week to get in touch with her, again, despite multiple voicemails begging her to call me. When I finally did get in touch, she told me that she was discussing with the move-out date with current tenant of my propsective unit and that she would fax over the application paperwork at the end of the month, but assured me that the tenant had put in his 30-days notice and that the apt was available.
Fast-forward to the end of the month, and after TWO WEEKS of constant calling, voicemail, email, I finally get ahold of her. She tells me that the resident has changed his mind after putting in his 30-day notice, that she is renewing his lease and to "go look somewhere else."
I WASTED A TWO MONTHS OF MY TIME TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF THESE GUYS! Now we are moving in three weeks and have to quickly find another place because the unit she assured us was available is in fact, not available at all.


Great service, huh' Don't waste your time like I did.
