The manager is a bit hard to get ahold of sometimes, but she is a very nice, fun person when you can manage to find her in her office. It took several months for an apartment to become available, but as we weren't in a huge rush to move in it wasn't that big of a deal (although a little frustrating). Whenever one did become available, getting the paperwork done and moving in was no problem at all. If you can't get ahold of her by phone or e-mail, try going by if you can and leaving a note. Just be nice about it and not too pushy! Living there is quite nice. It's one of the only places in town that will allow you to have a large dog and not give you much grief about it. The tenants are all decent, nice people from what we've seen thus far (we've lived there for 5-6 months). The apartments are all very nice and pleasant to live in. The walls aren't paper thin, so there isn't a whole lot of noise disturbance from your neighbors. It feels like a very safe, warm place to be and there are several families that live there. If you're not in a huge rush to move somewhere and have time to wait - this is a wonderful place. If you're in a rush, then things become a little bit tricky and luck factors into it.
