The apartments themselves are ok, decently nice. However, the management is unreliable. Jennifer is very difficult to get ahold of. She is constantly sick or full of excuses as to why she is not in the office. I had a hard time understanding how she justifies being away from the office. I would venture to say she spends only 15-20 hours per week in the office. She always has a clever excuse as to why she could not return your phone calls. Either the office just switched phone companies, voice mail wasnt working, the message you left didnt come through, etc. Also, it is very difficult to get your deposit back. When you ask for reasoning as to why it is not refundable, again, she will not return your phone calls. She quickly moved someone else into my old apartment before I could discuss the matter with you. Fair warning-Jennifer is beyond polite to your face, but its a different story behind your back. She talks bad about her tenants to to other tenants. In my opinion, she is very unprofessional. I do not recommend living here for the simple fact of poor management. Besides, there are nicer places to live in the Johnson City area for the exact same price.
