I personally had horrible experiences with this complex. The night security guard regularly harassed out neighbors and accused them of being drug addicts on more than one occasion. After numerous complaints for more than two months he was fired and a more acceptable watch-man hired. Parties are an on-going occasion here. (Seeing as you are less than a mile from campus I can see why.) If you enjoy constant bass music and the smell of beer this place is for you. Maintenance was non-existant. Bugs are a problem. We called repeatedly about ants in the TINY kitchen and were advised that our monthly 'spraying' should be enough. There are hardly any overhead lights in the entire apartment and the walls are less than paper thin. If you are a student looking for an in-expensive place to party this is for you. If you have a family or want somewhere quiet to come home to I would not recommend EverGreen Terrace.
