With its rising rent, this place is way over priced. The other residents are very nice, but it is so loud with the other apartment buildings nearby. The building are shoddily built, paper thin walls, you can hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes, the floors squeak with every step! If the AC or heating units are running, they will keep you awake if you are on the first floor. The property managers like to remind you of rules that they never put in your lease, if you read it carefully you will discover that they can pretty much do whatever they want. Every week 'pest control' will enter your apartment and poke around in every room, no matter what you do. If you are in the shower and don't answer the door, they will come right in anyway. The kitchen is very small, and it is impossible to cook in them without getting grease onto the walls, the range is tucked into a corner with nothing to protect the paint. Say good bye to your deposit. If fact, I have never heard of anyone getting his or her deposit back from them, and they also sue their ex-tenants as a matter of course.

Parking is very good and the office staff is quite polite. Other then day, I have had better apartments for much less.
