We walked into the apartment and it smelled like rotten fish. the aplliances are over 30 years old! We then saw that the distance between your door and the person living next to you...it was 3 inches (some of the apartments are cornered), you WILL be rubbing shoulders with another tenant when you open your door (if they are outside their apartment)!!! Then the lady told us our security deposit was over $400!!!! PLEASE TAKE PICTURES OF THE APARMTNENT before you move in because they will blame you on anything and everything to keep your sec. deposit! So take pics, document the way it looked prior to move in! Good luck sitting like 1 foot above the floor when using the bathroom, the toilet is puny! The carpet is so dark because they dont want you to see all of the dirt and filth it has accumulated over the years! The bathroom is straight accross from the kitchen, so imagine cooking and the other person in your apartment gets sick.....you will be smelling and hearing everything going on in the bathroom because it is literally right accross the kitchen...the whole apartment was not very well lit. the kitchen was the size of a walk in closet and old. It is very shabby and reminds you of a horror movie!

also, the doors are a joke. when you check it out, look at the lock and decide for yourself if someone could break in with a credit card or screwdriver...you decide....because i say a BIG FAT "YES THEY CAN!"
