I have lived at Mountainview Villas for 8 months and there is not one negative thing I have to say about it. The management always fixes any problems I report in a very timely manner. The grounds are kept up very nicely. The views are great for Johnson City, and the rent is cheaper than expected! I hardly ever hear my neighbors. I love my fireplace in the winter, and the pool in the summer is very clean and never crowded. Plus, the apartment complex community newsletter each month is a nice touch. Highly recommended.
