I have lived at Seminole Ridge for one year now. I finally got out of my lease. That being the biggest problem. If things come up and are not able to live there (even before you lease starts) you will NOT be able to get out of the lease. I was talking to the manager about this and she had mentioned that there was a women that needed cancer treatment and was no longer to live there, however, they would not let her move out without paying the rent in full. Also, unless you are down with partying 24/7 I would highly suggest something else. Managemnet is very poor, they do not care about any tennants nor their living conditions. I will live at home with my parents and drive to school from Kingsport rather then live there again.
