This apartment is aweful. Yes, it is cheap, but don't count on keeping any valuables there. I was told that my room would be deadbolted for two months while I was away. When I returned after the summer break, my television, dvd player and several other electronics were stolen and no deadbolt was ever installed. Don't let the convenience of being close to campus draw you in. If you live here, expect loud parties every night and fire alarms for no reason at 2 a.m. Also,visitors will be towed because there is not enough parking.
