If you do not like to party, smoke pot, or vomit every weekend and most weeknights, then "seminole ridge" aka Campus Ridge is not for you. I hate living there, and i cant wait to move out. There is not a security deposit, so it's almost like nobody cares about what they do to there own room. I cant ever seem to consintrate because of the thin ceiling and walls, and the people out in the parking lot are yelling non-stop. The newly built pool and office area is nice, but the service is terrible. The only people that seem to be nice are the maintenance people. The people in the office dont even care, and people park in the lot that arent even residents. There dosent seem to be a towing problem, so the lot is EXTREMELY full at night due to tall the parties. The apratment office will say that all utilities are paid for, when really, there is a certain amount of money set aside fot the monthly bills, and if you go over that amount(which normally always happens), you have to pay the remainder. You have to pay rent in cash or you get charged 10 dollars online, and the interent always seems to be on the fritz. Bottomline...I HATE IT!
