I moved in about a year ago. It was not bad at first but then the partying started. Thurs through Sunday. Dont expect to get any sleep or study. This is the worst place ever. If you do not like your roommates, the your ---- out of luck. Those roommate profiles they make you fill out are a load of crap, they do not even go by it. I know because they placed a smoking 18 year old in a apartment full of 21 year olds. There is always puke and trash outside. The management does not care about anything, but you better believe once you leave they will charge you out of the ass for everything. If you have a problem, they do not care. Its everyone for themselves. If you do get suckered into this place. Do not expect to get out of your lease early. First you have to pay and extra months rent, then find someone to sign the lease over to (plus they have to move in right away). then they have to pay a months rent. If you have inconsiderate roommates then you will probably go over what little utilities cap you get. You also better hope you do not get a roommate that likes to party because they will keep you up all night. The parking is horrible. You might get towed even if you have a sticker. Anyone who does not live there will get towed if they are not in one of ten visitor spots. There are fights anytime someone partys. Cops are called on a regular basis. Its also really fun to get woke up at 4am because some idiot thought it would be funny to pull the fire alarm. This place is the worst of the worst. Please heed all the warnings and stay well clear of this place.
