This is a great place to live if you do not value your education or your sanity. The level of immaturity of the tenants is unbelievable. If you try to nicely ask a neighbor to turn down the music or to stop jumping around, it is likely that rotten food will be thrown onto your balcony or onto your car. The staff claim to assign roommates based on similar living styles such as cleanliness and noise levels, but they do not. The management staff is not helpful at all in resolving issues. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.

I believe the staff assigns roommates based on prior convictions, that way the police only have to show up to one building every night (hint hint: it's the only one with a security camera). I mean seriously, I lived in a building with a police officer (conveniently always off duty it seemed), but that didn't stop a random keg from crashing through our balcony or our window from getting shot out. Hell, if you value your LIFE, it would be better to stay at least 100 yards out from the bus stop (which had to be rebuilt after someone drunkenly crashed into it... of course)
