This place looks nice, but once you sign the contract you are nothing but a legal source to get money. They sell the apartments with quiet surroundings, amble parking, security, and good maintenance. So far I would give each one an F. They make a lot of empty promises and overall are not willing to help. They make excuses on not taking action when it is needed. ANYBODY can get in here if they wave enough money at them, including people who come to doors asking for food, phone, and money. If you want a ghetto like environment then this is the place for you. Overall I give his place an F, It fails with everything from environment to security to management.
