Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I wouldn't call Sterling Hills ghetto...I've seen ghetto and I don't consider this it. I happen to live in a very quiet lot. Parking is somewhat of a problem, but other than that the maintence crew has always come right when I needed them and the office staff has always been friendly. It's not living at the Ritz, but it's not like living at the Red Roof either.
