I have lived at Sterling Hills for going on 2 years now and i really love it here. ihavent visited the office much since my move in, but the times that i have to pick up packages, drop off rent, ect. they have seemed very nice and helpful, maintenance is always timely and fixes things immediatly, the old place that i lived i used to have to wait for parts that were on order for various things, let me tell you, that can get old but it has not happend once here. i would definatly recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent, quiet community to live. there are never any parties going on like at some places i have experienced and the neighbors that i have had the oppertunity to meet seem very friendly. i feel bad for the people that gave this place a bad review, i myself have had a great experience and i plan to continue my residency here.
