I have lived at Sterling Hills for 2 years now, and would not live in any other complex in the area. The professional management company makes it their business to provide the best in apartment living by enforcing the rules set forth in the lease. I've lived in other apartments, and Sterling Hills really exceeded my expectations. Maintenance issues are taken care of the same day they are reported, and a courtesy officer is available for any noise or parking problems. The office staff is friendly and helpful-they even offer recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area! While I look forward to owning my own home, I will miss the luxury of living in such a wonderful community!
