UPDATE: The residents were told 2 months ago that the pool would be open at the end of the week and it is still not, as they have had no intentions of repairing and opening it this summer. Additionally, the "fitness" equipment has not been repaired. Regardless, everyone's rent is being raised. DO NOT believe the promises of the many ameneties they claim to have. They do not keep anything in working order but base your rent on these "wonderful" amenties.
I have lived here three years. The swimming pool has been closed 2/3 of the summer seasons. The tennis court had no net for an entire summer season. I was asked not to use my deck while it was cleaned and stained, which took four weeks (for some unknown reason) in the middle of summer. Overall, quiet environment. The building is falling apart. The walls are seperating from the ceiling. If you decide to live here, be very picky about everything, because the managment will be the same.
