When i read the comments about the office staff I could'nt believe it the were so nice when I moved in. I thought it was probably troublemakers but that is not true. Everthing they wrote is true. i have never in my life met such a rude person as the manager here. When i moved here I wanted to stay but i can't wait to move after having to deal with the office workers month after month when paying my rent. They will try every reason in the world to keep your deposit, Ive heard it from several people that have recently moved. Don't waste your time cleaning, they will find a reason to take it anyway. When you do the apartment checklist you better use a magnifying glass beacause they sure will. tiny spots hardly noticeable that you think really don't matter write them down because they will use it against you later. Also it is worth the 100.00 to sign the early opt out on your lease. Because it won't take you long till you will need it. Come by and look at the u-hauls leaving every weekend. They saw the light.
