i have lived at sterling hills for two years. it has been a pretty good experience. i have felt safe the entire time i've been here. although my neighbors have played their music a bit too loud, i have informed the office and soon after the music stops. also, there was a dog that kept barking early in the morning and all through the afternoon. it was driving me crazy so i informed the office staff. i rarely had any problems with that dog barking. i think this is a good place to live if you rent a 2 or 3 bedroom apt. i had friends living in the 1 bedroom areas, and there were a few problems. but on my side of the complex, it was very pleasant.
