I halfway agree with the comment above- sterling hills would be a nicer place to live if it weren't for the manager there. The apts are decent and rent isn't too bad- but the manager 1. you have to call and/or stop by a million times before you can reach this woman 2. when you finally do get a hold of her- she is the most hateful person I've ever had to deal with and 3 has no idea, nor cares about what is going on. A piece of advice to whoever manages this place- replace your manager with someone worth a crap and you would have a pretty decent place.

I have been a resident of Sterling Hills for over a year and have the management very helpful. I call the manager and get right through and speak with her personally most times, if not, I get a very helpful receptionist. The manager has been very quick in resolving any issues I have had.
