I was there for over a year. The office staff is as good as they come. They are always willing to help out in anyway they can. The apartments are not the newest, but I really don't think there are that many news ones around the area. Very big apartments for the money. Close enough to anywhere in Kingsport. The maintenance staff keeps the grounds nice all year around.

I would highly recommend these apartments.
