New Management Company and all new office staff is pulling this apartment community down. It wasn't the best to start off with but it had its good points. That's no longer the case. Apparently, the new boss in the leasing office has come from managing section 8 apartments and is treating the residents at Allandale Falls like no good thieves who lie to get out of paying their rents. You cant get anything fixed and if you complain about the mold that is growing in everyones apartments you are ignored and if you try to get it tested or brought to the attention of public officials you are either evicted or they make the remaining of your stay hell until you leave. Learn from my mistake and dont go near Allandale Falls.

my thoughts on all of these reviews?? totally true! this place looks more like the projects than a good place to live. And the management are truly low class trashy ------- who need to lose a lot of weight rather than riding their golf carts around all day. How about some jenny Craig ladies?? or should i say hoes??? you all are a ------- joke, fall you will, right into the depths of hell. Burn burn burn, your day will come and you will poay for all you have hurt!
