If you rent from them, read your lease well!!!! They want the renter to pay $900.00 for moving out.

It sounds as though YOU did not read your lease befor YOU signed it? A lease is a "contract", and if you sign without reading, and don't like the outcome, then ???? uhhhhh who's fault is that?
