Personal Experience - This is not a bad place to live, the staff is nice and they do try and help. The owners need to update the windows and insulate the building better. The community I love Allandale Falls. This is the best apartment "community" I have lived in. The staff is so nice. They listen when you have a problem and do their best to help out in any way they can. It's nice to have a manager who has lived here herself and is working on improving

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CROSSCREEK APARTMENTS, THE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNFRIENDLY
AND TREAT OTHERS LIKE SECOND HAND CITIZENS. I LIVED THERE FOR 3 YEARS BECAUSE IT
WAS VERY CLOSE TO MY WORK. AND THAT IS THE ONLY THING THAT KEPT ME THERE AS LONG AS

Great place to live I enjoyed living here for three years. The grounds and apartments were well maintained, the staff were great, and the amenities very nice. Neighbors were quiet, respectful, and friendly and I always felt safe. I moved due to a job change and miss living here
