Wow. I cannot believe some of these ratings. I am not one to give reviews very often but I believe that you all are giving Adair a bad name. I have lived here for three years. When I first moved in, I could not believe what you got for the money. The rent is really affordable and the apartments are really nice. I have never had a problem with getting help from maintenance who are quick to respond when you have problems. And every time I have talked with management (new or old) they have been nothing but pleasant to me. I will be moving out this July, but not because of issues with the apartment, but because I have a job offer in Atlanta. For those of you who are skeptical, come out and see the apartments for yourself and make your own judgments. Your gut usually will steer you in the right direction.
