It's within walking distance to UT. I have been here since January, and it's true they change management a lot and we went for over a month with a temporary person, but if you needed anything, you just called the main office and it was usually taken care of. And all the management people, and maintenance people, have been really nice.

Noise hasn't been a problem. The appliances are old, though. A/C units are being repaired on a daily basis throughout the complex. My refrigerator leaks. But, any time you have a problem, they usually fix it promptly.

One great thing: there is an elevator, and they leave 2 dollys and 2 shopping carts around the complex so you can load your groceries or other stuff and just wheel it up to ur apartment.

There are students here, but there are also professionals, couples, and some older people. It's pretty diverse and not a party place for frat-types.

I am moving in with someone else soon, and their one bedrooms are a bit pricey, but other than that, I'd live here again.
