In the winter this place was nice, but since the summer started, I've hated living here. There are bugs, and they exterminate when you complain, but they know (b/c I told them) that that is not the problem. The problem is that they have very old a/c units, and they need to be replaced with new ones, and resealed correctly.

Plus, the A/C units break down all the time. They replace them quickly each time, but it's really annoying that they won't fork out some extra cash to get new ones. It's not like the rent is too cheap to allow it.

I would live here again in the winter months until May, but from May to September I would not live here again.
