I have never had noise problems in this apartment, it's very quiet and most of the neighbors respect the 'quiet hours' after 9pm. The manager is nice, though VERY RARELY in her office during the posted hours, so catch her if you can!

They also release a monthly newsletter with all the apartment news, and have recently set up a club room with a big screen TV, computer, printer, etc. They have their own internet service as well, but that is not recommended - the people who maintain it are rude, the manager doesn't understand it at all, and you will get blocked if you use filesharing programs.

The maintenance man is also extremely friendly and trustworthy, and both he and the manager know most of the residents by name. There have been problems with people not cleaning up after their dogs but mostly in the front yard - I haven't had any problems with it inside in several months.

The only real problem I have with my apartment is the old AC/heating units, the AC part doesn't work at all, and they are very badly insulated so bugs come in through them and all your heated/cooled air will just go right outside the second you turn it off - they are also a HUGE drain on your electric bill!

Overall the neighbors and management are nice, the apartments are a good size
