Management is good. AC and Heating units don't work well. Many of them don't have a thermostat so they make the room either too hot or too cold. Biggest problem is that nearly everyone in the building has a dog. That means lots of poop and TONS of barking. Its not fun to have dogs barking in the hallway every time someone takes theirs out. Feels like you're living in a kennel, not an apartment.
