There are many thingd I love about these apartments. This apartment was freshly remodeled just before I moved in. The kitchen is surprisingly big, wth plenty of storage. The two bedrooms are of good size, and come with either a walk-in closet or a really nice set of built in shelving. The living room has a large closet and a built in desk. You can close the doors, and it dissappears. Parking is not a problem, nor is noise. Staff is curteous and helpful, and the maintenance guys are quick to respond.

Of course there are some minor quibbles- the door lacks a screen or a peep hole. This makes finding out who's at the door somewhat difficult. You can look out the window, but its an uncomfortable angle. The windows weren't updated, and there is a definate draft around them.

Having said that, I've lived in placed that cost a lot more for much less space. The location just off Broadway puts it conveniant to everything, but still quiet and peaceful. Overall I'm very happy here.
