These apartments are newly remodeled and falling apart. There are cracks in the walls. Everything smells musty. The people who are in charge are nice unless you need something, and then they take days to fix it. There are birds living in the air vents, which is nasty and bad for your health (and probably a health violation of some type). All of the apts share the same air ducts, so you can smell what your neighbor had for supper, and anything else. It is not near much, and even if you like it quiet, it is still not worth putting up with the monthly inspections. The fact that they have a watch dog watching the property is about the only nice thing I can say about the place.
