Some problems with noise but not to excessive. It is obvious that the apartments are not new but considering their age, they are not bad. Appliances were relatively new and never gave me any trouble. Back door to porch seemed rather insecure although I never had any trouble with breakins. Laundry room was not as secure as it could be either. I always stayed with my laundry but my neighbor did not and had her stuff stolen on one occasion. The only trouble I ever had was the machines taking my money but not working. Cable internet is now available. Not sure I would suggest any of my sisters move there but I would live there again.
