This complex is acceptable for most, but it is showing its age. It is located near major roads and shopping, which is its greatest asset.My bottom floor apartment was really energy efficient. Moving was easy, everyone would back their truck up to the back door.However, this made the courtyard area muddy and coupled with an abundance of dog doo, uninviting to walk around in. The phone lines never got faster than 35K on a 56K modem and the water pressure was horrible. The exercise trail is a joke, just a bunch of signs around the place with various descriptions of exercises to do. I never saw anyone use these. They did install a nice back door, with a lock that I never got the key to. It took 6 months to get my deposit back due to lack of communication in their office. It was pretty safe and quiet except for the construction that started as early as 7am. My heating unit was old and very loud. The dark brown paint on the units didn't help the place look any better.
