I rent a one bedroom apt here and I have a big apt. The rent is fairly cheap and I think it is a good deal. They quit taking big dogs which was a good idea...the management has gotten much better since last summer when I moved in. Service guys are cool and take care of stuff when you need it.
My neighbors are ok and most people I talk to around here like it.
Sometimes parking gets tight, but that is to be expected I guess.
Overall I like it here and plan on staying till I graduate from UT.
