Good Place for budget

I moved into a studio here last year and did not have enough room. The staff was good about transferring me into a 1 bedroom which was much bigger. The rent was reasonable and the space for the money is good.
Maintenance is one of the best things about this complex..quick and seemed to know where they were doing. The last place I lived at Sunchase was awful and expensive....lots of noise and too many break ins.

I like Brendon Park and plan on staying awhile. The parking is ok and you can at least count on the office staff to take care of things right!
