As most people have complained, the security issues at B-park are serious. I have lived here for over 2 years and have known several people who have that their cars broken into. I, on the other hand, had a knife taken to my convertible top. Damage in excess of 5k. Of course now I have a garage (which I pay for) But the sad part is the management didn't make any accomadations nor have they done anything about the vandalism problems around here. Overall, I think our current managers really stink. They are not willing to make their tenants happy and have blown me off several times. I could go on, but I'll stop....
