The day after Brendon Park resident Johnia Berry was murdered, those in charge at the complex posted fliers on the inside of the main doors of every residential building. They said a young woman got into a fight with her boyfriend and it ended in her murder. They said it was a domestic dispute and other residents hd nothing to worry about. That's a total lie. Berry lived with a male roommate, but they were not a couple. An intruder got into the apartment, attacked them both, escaped, leaving the male roommate alive. Brendon Park lied to keep their residents in a false state of security. The killer is still on the loose.

Thats not true either- when the Knox County dept arrived that is what they told everyone initially based on the scene AT THAT TIME. i lived there and the management acted on what they were told- at least they responded- most apts don't tell you ANYTHING about crime at their complexes!

If so that was an unfortunate mistake made by an officer who made a premature judgement. As it was the management had an opprotunity to correct their error. I don't live there but I hope they did. Finding Johnia's killer seems to be especially difficult for the Sheriff's Department at this point in time. Let's hope they get a break soon.

He pussed out of John Walsh???s offer to air the murder. He said it is a "local matter". OMG!! That murdering PRICK is in Mexico. I hope the FBI gets involved!!! I hope her parents sue for untold millions and buy Brendon Park then bulldoze it down!! Most of the residents are UT pussies that have no no BALLS or guts so this is a futile message for them. Anyone else who reads this please take a stance!! GOD BLESS her family.

I have talked with someone who works at brendon park and the management company decides where the money is spent. The staff is very sincere and understanding, they have worked with me in several occasions. I would reccommend living at brendon park!!!
