The staff needs to concentrate on spending money where it is really needed, instead of on things that do not need to be fixed or bought. The staff in the office is not the best. The grounds are kept very nicely and there is a lot of open room. The apartments themselves are somewhat small, but good for the money. Construction on the buildings is not good at all. Nothing is straight or square.
